Fresh broccoli, 2 cups choppedolive oil, 1 tbsp.garlic, 1 or more cloves to tastedried red hot chili peppers, seeds removed, 1 or more to taste
Place the chopped broccoli in a saute pan with about 1/2" water and cover. Chop up the garlic and dried red chili peppers, removing the seeds from the peppers. When the broccoli begins to soften, drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil. Then add the garlic and red chilis. Cook for another minute or so uncovered to reduce the water. Serve hot.
