Blackberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
Cake:1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 c sugar3 egg whites1 c light sour cream1 t vanilla2 cups whole wheat flour1 t baking soda2 cups blackberriesTopping:1/2 c brown sugar1 T whole wheat flour1 T cinnamon1 T butter softened
Directions
Oven 350

Cream applesauce and sugar together.
Beat in egg whites
Mix in sour cream and vanilla
Mix flour and baking soda together and add to the sour cream mix
stir in blackberries
Spray a 9x13 baking pan and pour this mixture into it

Mix the topping together til crumbly
Sprinkle topping over the cake batter

Bake 30-40 min til done

cool and serve
