Ingredients
1 whole pitted date1 tablespoon cream cheese, fat free3 whole almonds
Directions
Rinse date off, cut date open and remove seed.
Measure 1 tablespoon of fat free cream cheese and fill date up with cheese.
Place 3 almonds on top.
