Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1/2 of one Avocado Egg Whites (I used four)1/4 cup Tomatoes (diced) (optional)
Directions
Dice tomato and avocado. Scramble egg whites. Add to tortilla! It's that simple.
