Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

1/2 cup egg substitute OR 2 eggs2 cups buttermilk (used skim milk and cider vinegar)4 tablespoons melted light margarine OR 1/4 oil1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup all purpose white flour2 tablespoons splenda granulated OR 2 tablespoons sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoonbaking soda
Preheat griddle to 375.
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add all wet ingredients. Mix well with wisk.
For each pancake , pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 2 minutes or until edge's look cooked and bubbles begin to break on the surface. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
