Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour1/2 tsp salt2 Tbls sugar sub.2Tbls baking powder1tsp baking soda2Tbls white vinegar1/3 cup olive oil2/3 cup water
Directions
mix all dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. do not over mix as biscuts wil be tough. patt out dough on a floured surface and cut into two inch rounds.
bake at 450 degrees Feran. Yields 12 biscuts

    I made mine with WW flour. They were very easy and tasted good. I'm sure mine were a bit heaver because of the flour. I reentered it in the recipe calculator to get accurate count for my tracking. I checked out the cooking time on some others. About 17 min was good. Thanks! - 11/17/09
