Ingredients
* Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.50 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove) * laura lynn shredded mozarella cheese part skim, 2 cup (remove) * kraft 2% milk sharp cheddar, 0.25 cup (remove) * tomato sauce, 1 cup (remove) * parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp (remove) * self rising flour, 1 cup (remove)
Directions

preheat 350 - brown beef and onion - drain fat - blend in sauce and simmer (while you cut veggies that you want included) - put mixture into 13x9x2 pan - sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese - (at this point you add whatever veggies you want to)
In bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and flour - pour over meat mixture
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the flour mixture is hardened.
