Brushetta

Ingredients
1 loaf french bread4-6 plums tomatoes2 tbsp dried parsely, or to taste1 clove garic, diced2 tbsp raw onion, diced 2 tbsp olive oil2 oz feta cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Cut bread in half lengthwise, then the halves into 4 equal pieces each. Spray each piece lightly with olive oil to keep from toasting too much in oven.
Dice tomatoes, onions, garlic and put in small bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Put bread on baking sheet and toast in oven for 5 min. Remove from oven and top with tomato mix. Return to oven for 5 min. Serve immediatley.
Makes 8 servings.
