Ingredients
1 12 oz. Bag Boca Meatless Crumbles1 Large White Onion, chopped2 Cans diced green chilis2 tbls canola oilLarge can tomato sauce (29 oz)Large can diced tomatoes (28 oz)Can Dark Kidney Beans (15 oz)Can Pinto Beans (15 oz)1 Jalepeno Pepper (depending on taste)1 tsp chili powder1 tsp salt (if needed)
Directions
Heat oil in large pot.
Add onions and cook for 2 min or until softened.
Add all other ingredients and cook until well blended and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes on medium to low heat.
Top with lowfat cheese and/or sour cream (not included in nutrition)
