Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef round steak in serving pieces4 cups stewed tomatoes (with onion, celery, and green pepper)1/2 teaspoon minced garlicSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put meat in crockpot. Pour the tomatoes over and cook on low about eight hours.

You could use regular canned tomatoes and add a little onion, celery, and green pepper to crockpot.
