Ingredients
1 AvocadoYogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup Lemon Juice, .25 cup Salsa, 1.5 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Cumin, ground, .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
Directions
Mash avocado, add all other ingredients and mix well.
Let stand for at least an hour, then serve chilled with vegetables or tortilla chips for dipping.

    I have made it similar before. but instead of yogert I used lofat cottage cheese. very good. salsa is good, but i prefer fresh tomato and special dried pepper flakes to make spicy. - 4/8/08
