place your admired size of salad in a plate. take a slice of lemon and pour it all over, then take your black pepper, salad seasoning and sea salt, then sprinkle. Once you have placed your chopped tomatoes in your salad take a spoon of olive oil and spread it around your salad. Then mix it together.
Salmon
take your salmon and season with black pepper and salad seasoning. Then cook, preferably by pan, with or without olive oil.
