1 - Joseph's flax oat bran & whole wheat flour pita bread 1 tsp - Ricos nacho cheddar cheese sauce1 slice - American cheese1/2 cup - Egg BeatersDashes of salt, pepper, garlic, onion powderWhatever other spices you want to use
Put the egg beaters in a microwave safe plate/bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion poweder and other spices. Depending on the microwave, cook on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes (until fully cooked) stirring once while cooking if needed. Spread the nacho cheese on the pita, break and separate the pieces of the american cheese over the pita. Place cooked egg on top, fold the wrap and if desired to make the wrap warm microwave for 15-20 seconds. Enjoy!
