Low Carb Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream1/2 packet unflavored gelatin1 sugar free/ fat free banana cream OR chocolate pudding mix 1/2 cup ricotta cheese1/2 stick cream cheese1/2 cup hot water
Directions
In a medium siz bowl,combine gelatin ,pudding mix,& cream. Mix with an electric mixer. Add ricotta & water. Mix. Gradually add cream cheese. Eat right away or cool in refrig.
