LJ's Favorite Salad

Ingredients
* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded * Baby Spinach, fresh, .5 cup shredded * Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices * Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) Coarsely chopped * Ken's Steak House, Lite Olive Oil Vinaigrette with Balsamic Vinegar Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup * Sweet Vidalia Onions, raw, .5 cup, cut very thin or chopped * Fresh ground Pepper to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients together, add dressing to taste.
(hint~ I usually use less than the 2 Tbs, but tastes vary.)

Serve with your favorite maindish & Enjoy
