Simple and Delicious. I also added a small garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of cumin, used low sodium black beans and homemade chicken broth. My husband enjoyed it also and he does not like pumpkin. This is a KEEPER. - 3/6/16

Tasty and simple! I added jalapenos, 1/2 cup more broth, cumin, garlic powder. You can't tell that is pumpkin in it (even though I like pumpkin) High in nutrition! Thanks for the recipe! - 12/29/11

I added garlic to saute with the onions, cummin to spice it up a little (abt 1-2 tsp) and about 1 tbs lemon juice to bring a touch of flavor - yummmmmm - 11/15/10

I tried making it, it's still sitting on the stove, I think it would have turned out better had I used black beans that weren't low sodium, however I tried different spices and adding salt, it turned out ok, but I'm hoping it's one of those foods that tastes better after it's melded in the fridge :) - 6/16/09
