1 lb. extra lean beef tips1 can Fate Free cream of mushroom soup1 can sliced waterchestnuts1/3 cup red cooking wine1 envelope of onion soup mix (dry)8 oz fresh mushrooms1 (12 oz) pkg whole wheat egg noodles
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Serve beef tips and gravy over egg noodles. Steam carrots or cauliflower to serve as side dish. Makes 5-6 servings (2/3 cup beef tips/gravy over 1 cup cooked noodles).
