Whole Wheat Biscuit & Baking Mix

Ingredients
5 3/4 C White flour3 C Whole Wheat flour1/3 C Baking Powder1/4 C Sugar1 T Salt2 C Vegetable shortening
Directions
In a very large mixing bowl sift together the flours, baking powder, sugar & salt. Using 2 forks or a pastry blender cut in the shortening, 1 C at a time until the mixture looks like a coarse meal. Put in a covered container or a ziploc bag. Store at room temperature for about 3 months. For longer storage store in freezer.
