Ingredients
16 oz can Earthfare organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed3 oz Vlasic Roasted Red Pepper strips, drained1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1/2 teaspoon Morton Lite Salt1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper1 clove garlic
Directions
Puree all items in food processor. Serve on Melba toast, pita bread, celery sticks... (not included in nutrition info). Serving size = 2 Tablespoons. 12 servings per recipe.
