Megan's stuffed tilapia

Ingredients
2 cans Bumble Bee white crab meat1 shallot minced (1/4 c.)1 rib celery, minced (1/4. c.)7 tilapia filets (4 oz each)1/2 c. italian bread crumbs2 T. dried parsley1/8 t. cayenne pepper1 T. lemon juice2 T. blue bonnet light tub margarine2 T. stick margarinepaprika powder
Directions
saute the shallot and celery in melted butter until softened.
Remove from heat and add crab meat and breadcrumbs. mix well.
Add pepper, lemon juice, and parsley and mix.

place a heaping spoonful (1/3 c. or so) on a tilapia filet. Pat down and roll the filet around the mixture. Place seam side down in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Repeat for remaining filets and mixture.
Stuff any remaining mixture into the ends of finished pieces.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
