3 Roma tomatoes2 cucumbers3 sweet peppers2 tbsp olive oil1tsp salt1 tsp pepper3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Chop vegetables and mix with olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Serve immediately and store leftovers in refrigerator.
