Cabbage Fat Burning Soup - "The Orginal"

Ingredients
5 carrots, peeled and diced10 stalks of celery, diced3 onions, peeled and diced2 green peppers, diced1 head of cabbage, thinly sliced1 can of cut green beans1 can beef broth2 qt low sodium tomato juice2 cups water1 pkt. dry onion soup mix.
Directions
MAKES 1 gallon of soup. (16 HEARTY cups)


Prepare all the veggies.



In a large stock pot combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
