Ingredients
* 8. 5 cups of water * 1 tsp of grated ginger * 1 medium sized cucumber,thinly sliced * 1 medium sized lemon,thinly sliced * 12 spearmint leaves
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and let sit in the fridge overnight. Drink all the water throughout the next day along with your meals.
