Homemade Chili

Ingredients
one pound ground beef (cooked and drained)one large can (the really big kind) diced tomatoesone large onion choppedtwo cans of red kidney (or other type) beans
Directions
Just throw it all in a crock pot (pre-cook meat) with seasonings to taste. I suggest garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, ect. Makes 5QT, one cup is a serving.
