2 lbs. Moose Meat1 - 28 oz can Tomatoes28 oz tap water3 lg mushrooms, sliced1 cup sliced zucchini1 yams, sliced (approx. .5 cup)2 tsp garlic (fresh minced, packed in oil)1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1/8 tsp thyme1/8 tsp rosemary
Pre heat oven to 350 deg. F. Add all ingredients to a large baking dish. Bake for approximately 90 minutes. Serve with mixed vegetables and rice. Serves 10.
