13 ounces of whole wheat rigatoni1 pound lean ground beef1 can (4oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained1 jar (26 oz) Vegitable Speghetti Sauce1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Heat oven to 350 degree. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2. While pasta is cooking, cook beef in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Mix pasta, beef and remaining ingredients except cheese in ungreassed 2 1/2 quart casserole.
3. Cover and bake abotu 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
