*Potato, raw, 10 large *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 16 oz Milk, nonfat, 5 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) INSTANT POTATOS (2 CUPS)

COOK EVERYTHING TOGETHER EXCEPT FOR POTATO FLAKES FOR 1 HOUR. THE ADD POTATO FLAKES TO THICKEN.

    I think it helps to add the following ingreds: garlic, Jane's Krazy Mixed-up salt, salt and pepper and then it is wonderful! Otherwise, pretty bland. I like the calorie content though for the serving size. - 3/5/09
