* Semolina, unenriched, 1 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, 0.5 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Pine Nuts, 2 tbsp (remove)
Put oil in a pan and warm it. Then add semolina and stir until its color turns gold. Add pine nuts and stir for few seconds. Then add sugar and continue stirring. Finally add water and stir continuously until almost all the water has been absorbed. When served sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
