Quick Shrimp Bisque

1 lb Frozen Cooked Salad Shrimp1 can Tomato Paste2 cubes Chicken bouillon (enough for 2 cups)2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream1 cup Sour Cream1 tbsp Basil1 tsp Garlic powder1 tbsp Dried Onion1/2 tsp Cayenne PepperTT Salt & Pepper
1. Heat a large soup pot on medium-high heat. Add frozen shrimp, bouillon cubes, and dried onion. Let sweat until thawed and hot.
2. Add garlip powder and tomato paste. Incorporate well. Add one tomato paste can of water. Bring to a boil.
3. Turn down the heat and add the heavy cream.
4. Remove half the soup into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. It might be a little frothy. Add back to the remaining soup.
5. Stir in sour cream. Bring back to a simmer and season with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
