* Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain, 1 serving (remove) * Poached Egg, 1 large (remove) * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove) * Green Chili Diced, .5 serving (remove)
Directions
1. Toast Thomas's Light Multigrain English Muffin.
2.Poach an egg
3.Put poached egg on English Muffin
4.Add Cheese and diced green chilis
5. Melt
6. Enjoy
