Mexican Corn bread Casserole

Ingredients
8 1 cup servings1 lb. ground beef1 cup sweet corn1 can tomato soup1/4 cup diced green pepper3 tblspoon onion1 box Jiffy yellow cornbread
Directions
brown ground beef, green peppers and onions in a skillet. drain grease. Mix in 1 cup corn, 1 can of tomato soup and 1/4 cup of water. Chili pepper to taste(this can be as spicy or mild as you like it). Let simmer over low heat for 5-10 min. Mix Jiffy Cornbread according to instructions on box. Pour cornbread over groundbeef mixture and place in oven. Cook according to cornbread instructions or until cornbread is brown on top and done.
