Bavarian Sausage and Kraut Dinner

Egg Noodles, (about 8 oz)Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, 1 cup, slicedCaraway Seed, 1 tspGranny Smith Apples, 2 cups, dicedSauerkraut, 1.5 cup Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 14 ozChicken Broth, 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Sherry, dry, 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz)
1. Cook noodles according to noodle instructions. Drain and set aside when finished.
2. While making noodles: Heat olive oil over med-high heat in a large non-stick skillet. Add onions and caraway seeds, cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Add apple, sauerkraut and sausage and cook 5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and sherry. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
