Garbanzo, Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
1 Medium Cucumber 9-10 oz peeled and diced1 average 3-4 oz avocado peeled, cored and diced1 med-lg Tomato (6oz avg) diced1 15 oz Can Garbanzo ( Chick Peas)2 Tablespoons Lemon JuiceSeasonings, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt, Pepper to taste. I added Onion Powder, as I had no fresh onion available...
Directions
Wash and peel cucumber, and tomato. Slice and dice into dice sized chunks.
Peel and core avocado, dice into dice sized pieces.
Combine all ingredients and serve!
