Sarah's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 onion3 T olive oil1 pint of fresh mushroomsgarlic (2-3 cloves) minced2 cans tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoesfresh herbs of your choice (basil, oregano, parsley, etc)
Directions
Brown and drain hamburger. Saute finely chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil, add in minced garlic when onion and mushrooms are nearly done. Add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, browned beef and seasoning. The longer this simmers, the better it tastes.
