Low Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients
Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 tsp Water, 1.5 cup Yeast, bakers, .5 ounce Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Soy Flour, .5 cupFlour, white, .5 cup Almond Meal (flour), .5 cup
Directions
Place ingredients into bread maker on according to manufacturer's directions. Place on dough cycle checking occasionally, you may need to scrape the sides, add a bit of water or flour depending on consistency. When done separate into 2 halves. I usually freeze one and use one. Roll out onto pizza pan or stone sprinkled with corn meal. I like to pre bake mine about 10 minutes before topping, but you do not have to. Top with your favorite ingredients cook 20 minutes at 400 degrees or to your liking.
