Easy Oriental Salad

1 - 14oz. pkg. of Dole Classic Cole Slaw1 cup chopped Green Onions1 cup sliced Almonds3 oz. pkg of Ramen Noodles Without the seasoning packet2 tsp. margarineDressing:1/2 cup of Canola Oil1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce1/2 cup Sugar1/2 tsp. SaltDash Black Pepper
Crush/Breakup the Ramen Noodles.
In frying pan melt the margarine and add the Sliced Almonds & Ramen Noodles WITHOUT the seasoning packet, the seasoning will not be used, discard.
Brown the sliced almons & ramen noodles, careful not to burn them.
Set aside to cool.
Mix together Cole Slaw, Chopped Green Onios & cooled Almonds & Ramen Noodles.
Mix together ingredients for the dressing.
Mix in dressing 1 - 1 1/2 hours before serving.
