Big Mac Salad

Ingredients
1 cup croutons1 lb ground sirloin1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup low fat Thousand Island dressing
Directions
Brown and drain the beef. Let cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled beef with the croutons, onion, lettuce and cheese; toss well. Place in a large salad/serving bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top and toss to coat; or serve dressing on the side.
