Lite Kielbasa Dump Soup

Ingredients
24 Oz. Lite Kielbasa, chunked28 oz can crushed tomatoes32 oz chicken broth2 cups water (or more depending on how thick you like your soup)1/2 Leek, sliced thinly4 Carrots, chopped4 stalks of celery, chopped2 cups cubed potatoes (I used refridgerated hash browns, the cubed kind)2 cups Fresh Spinach, coarsely chopped1/2 can dark red kidney beansPinch of oregano, thyme, or whatever spices you like
Directions
Saute leek in bottom of dutch oven. Add kielbasa, and cook until browned. Dump in rest of ingredients and let simmer 45 mins. or until carrots and other veggies are tender. Add more water if needed. Makes 12 servings. Enjoy
