Easy Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1/2 box Stove top stuffing - Chicken flavored1 tbsp. Kens Honey Mustard Dressing1 Egg1 med. Onion chopped1 tsp. Dill weed
Preheat oven 375.
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, stuffing mix chopped onion and dill weed. Don't overmix as this will toughen the meat. Whisk egg and add to meat mixture.
Form meat into loaf shape in an 8X8 prepared baking dish (this will ensure easy removal of loaf from pan and for fat to drip off to the sides). Brush top of meatloaf with 1 tbsp of honey mustard.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Serves 4 at 2 thin slices per person.
