4 cups cooked rice4 cups soy milk1 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup1 tbsp cinnamon1/3 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 400. Place rice in mixing bowl and stir to get out clumps. Blend soy milk, syrup, cinnamon, flour and vanilla and then pour over rice and mix well. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 45 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon.
