Turkey stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey1/4 cup egg substitute2 Tablespoon GF Flour1 clove Garlic, minced1/2 small onion1/2 cup water1 yellow pepper, diced1 cup Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 395

Wash Mushrooms and remove stems.

Mix turkey, egg substitute, garlic, onion, flour,salt, pepper and Seasoning.

Stuff mushrooms and place on non stick tray 1 inch apart and bake for 35 minutes.

Makes 4 servings @ 5 mushrooms each
