Cassondra's Stuffed Pepper Breakfast

Ingredients
1 Green Bell Pepper2 egg whites2 Tbs Pace mild salsa2 Tbs Shredded Chedder Cheese
Directions
Cut Bell Pepper in half set on a cookie sheet.

In small bowl, wisk slightly with fork 2 egg yolks, may add a drop of water. Season eggs whites with a dash of sea salt and black pepper. Pour evenly into pepper halves. Top with Salsa, then top with cheese. Cook in oven for 15 min or until egg is done. 350 degrees
