1 Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake3 large eggs1,1/3 cups water1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1,1/2 cup chopped pecans1 15 oz can pumpkin 2 TBSP brown sugarI Can't Believe it's butter spray, 10 sprays
Preheat the oven to 350. Whisk together the first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on brown sugar and spray with butter spray. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, approximately 35 minutes, depending on your oven. 12 servings.
