Chicken & Broccoli Capellini

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removedBroccoli, fresh, 2 bunch choppedGarlic, 4 cloves smashedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspChicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tspSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashButter, salted, 3 tbspPasta, cooked, 12 ozCornstarch, 2tsp
Directions
Serves about 4
Clean and cut chicken. Season w/salt and pepper. Grill chicken and slice into strips. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta. Heat EVOO and saute garlic. Add broccoli and saute for a few minutes. Add butter and melt. Add chicken broth and sprinkle with red pepper. Bring to a boil. Thicken with a bit of cornstarch and wisk until smooth. Pour over pasta and top with chicken. Toss and serve w/grated cheese.
