Yogurt cake

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 3 medium * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 9 tsp (or the equivalent amount of a non caloric heatable sweetener) * Vanilla extract (a few drops) (optional) * Olive Oil, 50 g * Whole Wheat Flour, 120 g * Baking Powder, 16 grams * Yogurt Activia Muesli (or any other kind of non fat yogurt with sweeteners and cereals / muesli), 1 serving (125ml) * Nuts, raw, 10 grams * Sesame seeds, 2 tsp (optional) * Poppy seeds, 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven at 210 º C. Mix the eggs, the sweetener, the vanilla extract, the oil, the flour, and the baking powder in the given order. Pour the batter into a silicone plum-cake shaped mold (24x10.5cm). Decorate with the nuts and the seeds. Bake for 30' (or until ready) at 180 º C.
