Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Spread [1 tbsp]

Ingredients
1-3oz. package Vita Wild Nova Salmon (sliced-smoked), cut up8 oz. Best Choice® Neufchatel 1/3 less fat Cheese, softened½ cup Kraft® reduced fat Mayo with Olive Oil1 tbsp Robert Rothschild Farm® Horseradish Sauce - Gourmet
Directions
1) Mix cream cheese, mayo and horseradish sauce until smooth with no lumps.
2) Add salmon. Mix Well!
3) Refrigerate, covered, until firm- 3 or 4 hours or more.
4) Serve with your favorite crackers, celery stalks or whatever you might want to use.
Yields about 16 tablespoons of spread.
