- 2 boxes Barilla Whole Grain Rotini Pasta- 1 bottle Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing- Approx. 50 pepperonis (whole, halved, or quartered) (Can be excluded if you want a vegetarian meal!)- 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, diced- 1 green bell pepper, chopped- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli- 1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower- Any other vegetables you want!
Cook pasta according to directions on package until done. Let cool completely, or rinse in cold water until cool.
Add remaining ingredients and toss until evenly distributed.
That's it! This is an excellent meal to just store in the fridge and grab a bowl for lunch or dinner!
