Rick's Pork and Beans

Ingredients
1 lb pork loin 2 cups dry pinto beans1/2 onion chopped1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp ground cumin1tbs chili powder1 small can chopped chili's3 tbs Olive Oil2 quarts water
Directions
Cut pork loin into 1" cubes, brown in olive oil
while browning, add onions, garlic, chili, cumin and chili powder.
When browned, add 2 quarts of water, pinto beans, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer for 4 hours.
