Ingredients
Manicotti (4 shells)Ricotta cheeseup, fat free, 6 ozPart Skim Mozarella Cheese, 1/4 cupParmesan Cheese 1/16 cupEgg (1/2)Sauce (1/4 cup...maybe more)parsley (0.5 tbsp)salt (1/4 tsp)black pepper (1/16 tsp)nutmeg (dash)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil Manicotti for 6 min.
Combine ingredients above except sauce in a bowl.
Fill cooked shells with 1/3 cup of cheese mixture in a baking sheet. Pour sauce over pasta.
Cover with foil and cook for 35 min or until hot and bubbly.
