Challah French Toast

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 6 extra largeMilk, 2%, 1.5 cupVanilla Extract, .75 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Slice Challah into slices 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Mix egg, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg in a shallow bowl suitable for dipping slices (which tend to be wide). Dip slices on each side until mostly saturated with mixture. Cook slices on cook-top or in pan for 3-5 minutes (less with gas stove) per side or until golden brown. Serves 4-5. Did not include any syrup, jelly or powdered sugar in calculator.
